Subject: Westlock opening
We are pleased to announce we will be opening up the Westlock track with restrictions. With the current situation we find ourselves in, we can only have 50 people on the property at a time. Registration will be available online shortly but in the meantime please email AOTMX@AOTMX.ca to register. Now that we are allowed to have 50 people at a time i feel that if multiple time slots are wanted that should not be an issue. If we end up being close to capacity we will have to restrict spectators. We must follow the AHS social distancing guidelines with everyone staying 6 feet apart and also parking 20 feet from each other to keep a safe distance. If you have not already bought your 2020 membership you must do so before signing up for a spot and there will be no non members allowed on the property at any time. With the seriousness of the situation it is imperative that these rules be followed. We will be taking a serious approach and if anyone is caught not following the guidelines they will be asked to leave and will not be allowed back until the restrictions are lifted. Once you have submitted for a time slot please wait for confirmation before heading out to the track. As a club everyone had a responsibility to not only respect and follow these rules but also enforce them (politely). If these rules are not followed it puts everyone on the property at risk of penalty by the Alberta government, possible revocation of your membership, it puts the association at risk of punishment from the government as well it is damaging to the motocross communities image. If need be I can be reached at 780-916-7540. I do need to be notified by someone of rules are being violated.
As this is all a work in progress, we welcome’s any suggestions or feedback you may have.
We hope this is just a temporary solution a we can get back to enjoying the awesome sport with our AOTMX families.
Riders must be loaded and exited 10min before their time slot is ended (no exceptions)
