2023 AOTMX Membership Price Increase

AOTMX – 2023 MEMBERSHIPS  

In preparation for the upcoming season the executive have analyzed, discussed and voted that the AOTMX Memberships for 2023 would require a slight increase.    The reason for the increase in both the single and family memberships is due to the escalating fuel and insurance costs for the club as well as equipment maintenance and repair costs.   

Although we have worked very hard for many years to maintain steady fees, Liability insurance costs have increased substantially over the past few years. We are all aware of the high and fluctuating price of fuel.   Some of our larger equipment is in need of repair and there is always on-going maintenance for the tractors, tillers, etc.   

Therefore, the new prices for 2023 Memberships are:  

Single Membership                          $200 per annum              increased $50 from 2022 

Family Membership                         $350 per annum              increased $50 from 2022 

Westlock Track Membership      No longer available (this option was under utilized) 

Please note that the Family Membership is for your immediate family only.   It does not include cousins, grandchildren or the like.  Anyone covered by a family membership must all live at the same address and be either;  Mom, Dad, Daughter or Son.   For example, if you have a cousin living in your  home, they would have to purchase a Single Membership.  

Without the above guidelines, we are putting our insurance coverage at risk of being cancelled and we ask that everyone please purchase the proper membership.
