Pre-register below to secure your paid spot on our flagging crew!

• • How to Sign Up: Click the race day(s) below to open the form. Complete your details and click the email confirmation link within 5 minutes to lock in your spot.

  • Track Assignments: Assigned in person during morning check-in.

  • Requirements: Age 14+. Must be available from ~8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ish). High attentiveness is required for this track-safety role.

  • Pay & Supplies: $150 cash/day. You must bring your own appropriate clothing, lunch, snacks, and supplies (bug spray, umbrella).

Cancellations: Use the link found inside your confirmation email to cancel.

Last-Minute Notice: If cancelling within 24 hours, click that link to get the cell number you must text.

Volunteers: No online sign-up for single blocks/motos. Please register directly at the sign-up table on race morning.

Helmet Policy: Recommended but not required. AVMX does not supply helmets; please bring your own if you wish to wear one.
