Membership Types
Full Membership

Eligibility: Open to individuals aged thirty (30) years or older. Proof of age may be requested at any time via government-issued identification.

Rights and Privileges: Includes voting rights on club matters and eligibility to hold an Executive position.

Requirements: Full Members must fulfill all volunteer obligations as outlined in the Volunteer Requirements section.
Associate Membership

Eligibility: Open to individuals aged eighteen (18) to twenty-nine (29) years. Proof of age may be requested at any time via government-issued identification.

Rights and Privileges: Includes all membership benefits except voting rights on club matters.

Requirements: Associate Members must fulfill all volunteer obligations as outlined in the Volunteer Requirements section.
Weekend Membership (Race Day Pass)

Fees: $25 per day for a single membership, $35 per day for a family membership.

Requirements: Weekend Membership holders must sign up for volunteer duties, such as flagging.
Additional Membership Rules

Non-riding parents with one (1) dependent who actively participates in riding or racing under their membership may purchase a Single Membership.

If more than one (1) individual in the family is actively riding or racing, a Family Membership must be purchased.
Membership Fees
Full Membership and Associate Membership Fees

Single Membership: $150 (limited to one rider; does not include spouse or additional riders).

Family Membership: $300 (for parents and children residing within the same household).

Includes support riders such as spouse and dependent children under the age of eighteen (18).

All minors under the membership must have a parent or legal guardian (with proof of guardianship) present at all times during events. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from participation without exception.

Renewal Conditions

Membership renewal for the 2025 season will be subject to review by the Executive. Renewal will be contingent on the fulfillment of volunteer obligations during the 2024 season.
Volunteer Requirements
Flagging Obligations

All racing members must complete one (1) flagging shift for every two (2) days raced.

Members unable to flag due to racing during events where flagging is provided must fulfill the obligation on alternative weekends.
Paid Flagging

Flaggers aged fourteen (14) years or older may be compensated up to $100 per day at race series events.

Flagging performed under paid compensation does not count towards volunteer obligations.
Alternative Volunteer Activities

Qualifying activities include, but are not limited to:

Track preparation (e.g., watering, rock picking).

Equipment donation for race or track work.

Other contributions deemed beneficial by the Executive.

Failure to meet volunteer requirements will result in the member being classified as “not in good standing.” Such members will be subject to membership renewal review and may have their membership privileges revoked.
